1.3 Compliance: You will ensure that all activities related to listing services comply with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
2.1 Free Listing Period: The initial listing for shops, establishments, technicians, and religious services is free for the first 3 months, with the possibility of extending up to one year from the date of submission.
2.2 Extended Information: If a shop, establishment, or technician wishes to add additional details (such as photos, videos, or extra service descriptions) beyond the basic listing, additional charges may apply. Detailed pricing can be accessed via the Plan Link on our website or by contacting our customer support team.
3.1 Verification Required: All submitted listings, including technicians, shops, and religious places, will undergo a mandatory verification process conducted by authorized volunteers. For technicians, police verification is mandatory.
3.2 Notification: Once the verification process is complete, you will be notified, and the listing will be made publicly available.
4.1 Revenue Sharing: Volunteers who secure paid advertisements for shops, establishments, technicians, or religious services will receive 20% of the revenue generated from that listing.
4.2 Payment Process: The Hindu Worlds Digital Directory team will provide specific details about the calculation of advertising revenue and payment processing.
5.1 Content Ownership: By submitting any listing details, you grant Hindu Worlds Digital Directory a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, distribute, display, and modify the content as needed.
5.2 Modification Rights: Rashi Hindu Consulting LLP reserves the right to edit, modify, or remove any listings that fail to meet our standards or violate our policies.
6.1 Data Protection: We are fully committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the data you collect and submit. All personal information will be handled in strict accordance with our privacy policy.

8.2 Termination by Rashi Hindu Consulting LLP: Rashi Hindu Consulting LLP reserves the right to terminate your participation at any time if you violate these terms or engage in actions that could harm the reputation or objectives of the organization.
8.3 Listing Rejection/Suspension: Rashi Hindu Consulting LLP reserves the right to reject or suspend any listing without prior notice. Volunteers may inquire about the reasons for suspension through a private conversation with our customer support team.
9.1 Changes to Terms: Rashi Hindu Consulting LLP may modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website, and all volunteers are expected to stay informed.
10.1 Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Haryana. Any disputes related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Gurugram court in Haryana.
