Hindu Worlds Digital Directory Listing for Advocates

2. With KYC:
o Advocates must register themselves and complete the KYC process. This includes submitting Aadhar card details, PAN card details, and bank account information.
o The KYC-completed advocates will be marked as "KYC Completed" in their directory profile, while those pending KYC will be labeled as "Pending KYC."
o The difference in these listings is significant because it allows clients to know whether the advocate has completed the KYC process or not. It is up to the client to decide whom they wish to select to represent their case in court based on this information.
o Referrals and recommendations from the Hindu Worlds Digital Directory will only be made for those advocates who have completed their KYC.
Disclaimer: The relationship between advocates and the Hindu Legal Cell is that of independent collaboration, not employer-employee. Advocates work voluntarily, aligning with the mission to support the Hindu community and the Hindu Worlds Digital Directory initiative.
